Founder & Executive Director
Will (He/Him)
Will is a neurodivergent person. He knows the social stigma of being labeled with a learning disability. Will has been working in the social services field for 15 years, using his professional, academic, and personal experience to support and guide others. He has experience in early childhood intervention, special education, employment support, and disability support in higher education. Will has worked as a paraeducator, non-profit community organizer, job developer, case manager, assessment specialist, and now works as our lead behavior counselor & the Director of We've Network.

Director of Operations
Kelsey (She/Her)
Dr. Kelsey is an AuDHDer (Autism + ADHD) and occupational therapist who strives to empower others on their journeys of self discovery. She is passionate about co-creating spaces where people feel like they belong. She pairs her lived experience with her academic education to create personalized support plans for Members as well as provide personal and professional development coaching for Mentors.

Office Coordinator
Sam (She/Her)
Here to support the supporters of neurodivergent individuals on their journeys to success. The wearer of many hats- Sam is the Jane of all Trades- providing interstellar communications, coordination, and collaboration between Members, Mentors, and Management. Sam's adventurous spirit fills up a lot of her free time outside of work. She loves hiking, kayaking, working with animals, and simply exploring all the Pacific NW has to offer. When she’s not working, playing in the forest, or shredding in her band, she daydreams of backpacking across the globe. In fact, that's the next item on her bucket list she’s determined to accomplish (you go girl!). Sam is always here for you if you need her!

Henry (He/They)
Henry is a passionate advocate for neurodivergent and identity-affirming practices, finding solace and strength in community. With a love for artistic expression, Henry's creativity knows no bounds as he delves into drawing, painting and writing songs on his guitar. An avid reader and juggler, Henry finds joy in mastering new skills and exploring his interests. Building queer and trans community is at the heart of Henry's endeavors, as he seeks to create spaces where everyone can feel seen and supported. Henry thrives when provided with clear communication, time to rest, and snacks. His goals include starting another band and selling his art at markets and online. With strengths in teaching, connecting with others and helping people develop confidence, Henry brings positivity and inspiration to everything they do, fostering growth and community wherever they go.

Jessica (She/Her)
Meet Jessica, a passionate and caring person with a thirst for knowledge and a love for words. She is interested in learning about history, culture, social justice, music and languages. She finds solace in the pages of books while working on writing her own book. Jessica's loves soft noise environments and comfortable shoes, but prefers steering clear of large crowds and late-night escapades. Their daily routine revolves around their loyal companion and furry friend, Chubby, daily walks, and the consistent dedication to personal goals, be it mastering the art of grocery shopping or pursuing their dream of penning a book. Organized, adept at planning, and ever-supportive, Jessica is an integral part of our team, wielding her strengths to uplift and empower others.

Krista (She/Her)
Krista is a dynamic team member whose vibrant interests and talents enrich clients lives. From concerts and fashion to dog grooming, hiking, and sound healing, Krista is a creative aficionado with a unique flair for 80s style and music. Thriving in fun crowds, Krista also appreciates healthy food, clear boundaries, loves dogs, yin yoga, and herbal tea. She loves fashion, hair styling, color theory, makeup, and sewing. Her journey is one of continuous growth and creativity, and we are fortunate to have her unique talents contributing to our collective success.

Matt (They/He)
Matt is a dynamic individual with a wide array of interests. From strumming chords on his electric guitar to exploring the depths of space through science, Matt's curiosity knows no bounds. Whether it's tinkering with computers, building hardware, or immersing himself in birdwatching, Matt finds joy in the intricacies of the world around him. With a penchant for acts of kindness and a fondness for comfy headwear, Matt values connections with others and finds motivation through his friends and family. Accommodations such as patience when mishearing words and tight headwear in loud places help him navigate his surroundings. With his passion for learning and his warm-hearted nature, Matt is always eager to discover new things and connect with people on a meaningful level.

Cynthia is a passionate writer and artist, specializing in poetry and short non-fiction. Their creative pursuits include weaving, paper crafts, bookbinding, painting, and drawing. They also enjoy hosting charming tea parties with whimsical snacks in their garden.They are mindful of their needs, including regular snacks and emotional support beverages like coffee and tea.With goals to publish an art book or zine and maintain a 30/30/30 routine of protein, exercise, and rest, Cynthia is dedicated to balancing creative endeavors with personal well-being. They are known for their excellent cooking, caring nature, and resourceful thinking. Cynthia brings creativity and attentiveness to all aspects of their life, making them a supportive and inspiring presence.

Jen is vibrant and thoughtful. She has a passion for cultural exploration, personal growth, and mentorship. Jen is currently learning Korean reflecting a meaningful connection to her heritage. Her love for travel and music shows her appreciation for diverse experiences and creativity. Jen's strengths in connecting with others, organizing spaces, and photography allow her to foster a positive and inspiring environment wherever she goes. Her dedication to public health and sustainability further demonstrate her commitment to making a lasting impact both personally and professionally.

Chad is a multi-talented and empathetic person. His diverse interests, ranging from music and creative writing to woodworking and mechanics, speak to his resourceful and hands-on approach to life. A lover of dogs and an enthusiast of D&D, Magic, and board games, Chad brings an imaginative spirit to his interactions. Chad’s adaptable "go with the flow" mindset, coupled with his exceptional problem-solving skills, makes him a reliable and innovative team member who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.

Kieran is a kind and supportive individual who bridges the worlds of intellect and creativity. With a passion for science, art, history, and mycology, he approaches life with a thoughtful curiosity.
He is a skilled cook and has ten years of experience working in kitchens. Beyond cooking, Kieran thrives outdoors, honing skills in bushcraft and landscaping, embracing hands-on, earthy activities. A natural mentor, he loves sharing his passions—be it brewing, pyrography, or gardening—making every hobby an inviting journey for others to explore and enjoy. His knack for teaching and connecting with people adds warmth and inspiration to everything he does.
